For a full refund on an in stock piece purchased on our site, innerpeacejewelry.com, a cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Any requests made after 24 hours will be available for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of cancellation. Customer pays all shipping fees on returned/exchanged items. All pieces must be received by Inner Peace Jewelry and will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging/gift box must be intact before a full refund or exchange is issued. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is damaged or unsaleable.

All custom, bespoke and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
